Alprene Clamp Saddles
Technical Information
A complete range of clamp saddles up to d 315mm for water market. The blue saddle with flat gasket in NBR provides outstanding hydraulic performance even in case of out of roundness, scratched or undersized pipes. The flat gasket guarantees a perfect adherence to the pipe, increasing the contact surface, granting also high resistance in case of vacuum and/or suction.
Materials
Body: polypropylene copolymer stabilized (PP-B) with Master Batches UV stabilized (Grade 8, ASTM D2565, 1-8)
Gasket: Food safe rubber (NBR); 70 sh
Reinforcement ring: Stainless steel AISI 430
Bolts and nuts: galvanized or stainless steel

Please note:
- (*): In order to make easier the assembling of male adaptor threaded part, avoid to screw too much the bolts of the clamp saddle
- (**): Caution, do not tighten too much the nuts before the installation of the fitting.

Super Saddles
The super saddle is the most advanced saddle for use of pipes with diameter 63mm up to 160mm in water transportation applications demanding a PN16 standard saddle, with a brass outlet. Super saddles provides easy installation, minimum installation time, rust resistance, interchangeability and safety.
